Grand Theft Auto (GTA) 4 is a great Open Worlds Game but on Few Pc (like mine) which have graphics card (nvidia gf210) can run the game in good graphics although sometimes mis behaves like
Drunken Camera
Craps (lags) when i press a key
Auto acceleration
Here is what u can do to fix-
Drunken Camera-
Set Compatiblity settings to windows 2000 and apply
Lag Fix-
go to run (Win key +R) and type msconfig,open it go to services and disable windows event log and windows event collector
Auto acceleration-
Patch your game with patch or Do same as Drunken cam fix
And Also If you have a joystick then u can even play the game without configuring it.
with high graphics
